A healthcare professional (HCP) skilled in lumbar punctures administers
SpinCura with an intrathecal injection, or an injection into the spinal fluid.
The first four loading doses of the dosage regimen are administered at
intervals of 14 days; the fourth dose is administered 30 days following the third. Three times a
year, SpinCura is given in maintenance doses following these first doses. For more details on
the dosage regimen and treatment process following the loading doses, ask your HCP.
The recommended dosage of SpinCura is 12mg (5ml) per administration.
